Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

EU Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at store@kemkila.com.
